Region 1 Activities
Region One consists of the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and Manitoba in Canada. Different clubs in these states take turns holding the yearly Region One Summer Meeting and Garden Tours. The Schedule for the next several years is as follows:
2024 - DSM, Minnesota (Minnetonka, MN - July 19-21st)

2026 - NDS, Nebraska (Lincoln, Ne - July 10-12th)
The Central Iowa Daylily Society (CIDS) did a spectacular job of hosting the 2022 Region One Meeting and garden tours. After COVID and weather damage caused the cancellation of Region One meetings is 2020 and 2021 it was wonderful to see old friends again at this year's meeting. We had 4 beautiful CIDS Member Gardens host the Garden Tour portion of the festivities and pictures from the gardens can be found below. Thank you to Ginny and Don Greetings, Bob and Randy Wilson, Ed Seims and Teresa Voukon, and Deb Husak for their hospitality and for sharing their gorgeous gardens with us.
